Angelic Pretty Paris is pleased to invite you to our Tea Party Noël Online ~ Fairy Snow Party ~ !

This year, our traditional way to celebrate Christmas together at a restaurant is not an option,
but we are proposing an alternative online event, which we believe is all the more exciting in another way!

We had much fun at our last summer event 4th Year Anniversary Online Tea Party,
and we are giving another rendez-vous on the platform of videoconference Zoom.
You can participate from any part of the world (as long as you have good wifi and the timing is convenient for you).
Discussions and exchanges will be completely private and secured!

For this Christmas Online edition, you will be witnessing some quite exclusive contents…
Especially the full video (long version) of the fashion show of the collection 2021!
This video will be shown first at the online event of Japan, which will be held few hours before our event.
A short edited version of the show will be accessible to public later on,
but the full video will be only shown to the participants of our event!!
For this reason, we will ask our participants not to film or photography the exclusive contents of the event.

And Christmas cannot be without gifts.
The Santa from Angelic Pretty Paris will be generous to our participants!
There will be many prizes and gifts in the form of vouchers and more!

Disclaimer:
This event is private with a limited number of participants.
In case of inappropriate behavior during the event (prevention of smooth functioning,
alcoholic drink among minors, violation of intellectual property rights, harassment,
inappropriate language) we will be obliged to expel you from the event.
The photos of the event may be shared on the social media and the website of the official
Angelic Pretty and Angelic Pretty Paris account.
The event can be modified or cancelled according to the sanitary situation and
the health conditions of the organizers. In the case of cancellation for this reason,
the ticket price will be fully reimbursed.

* Zoom Platform
- Connection:
You can connect from anywhere as long as you have an internet connection, a PC with a camera,
sound and microphone (we advise you not to use smartphones).
You will need to install a free Zoom application in advance https://zoom.us/fr-fr/meetings.html
A few days before the event, we will send you a private link (we ask you not to divulge)
and a document explaining how to connect.

The meeting room of Zoom will be open from 16 :00 in order to make sure that everyone
is connected by 17 :00. Please connect early enough (between 16 :00 and 17 :00)
A technical support will be proposed between 16: 30-17 :00. However, we cannot reimburse you
if you were not able to connect for any reason.
Once you arrive at the meeting room, we will verify one by one the name of the participant
and the person connecting. We ask all our participants to activate their video function.
Your participation is nontransferable and cannot be given to another person.
- Virtual Background:
A few days before the event, we will send you a kit where you will find a virtual background
of Angelic Pretty, that you can insert as a background during the event.
This will be a common background that will conceal your real environment (optional).

Ticket sales will start from Thursday, November 26th at 12:00PM (Paris time)
at the e-shop of Angelic Pretty Paris HERE.

When you place your order, please indicate at the message corner the following information
- Your email address you wish to use for Zoom link and the participation kit.
- Your name (or nickname) which will appear with your face on Zoom during the event.

The ticket is strictly nominative (nontransferable).
One ticket = One person, even if you share the screen with another participant.

Tickets are to be paid fully in advance and no cancellation or refund can be made.

Ticket purchase by phone call or email will not be possible.

**** Best Dresser Prize
We will select the Best Christmas Decoration Prize and the Best Dresser Prize
among the participants. The winner will receive a voucher.
In order to participate, we will ask you to take a photo of yourself and/or
your Christmas decoration (can be a Christmas tree, food, other decorations… )
and send us before 15 :30 (Paris time) on the day of the event.
More information will be communicated after your inscription.
