Shipments and delivery
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via La Poste Colissimo with tracking and drop-off with or without signature. We will provide you with a link to track your package online in real time.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order, as we cannot group two distinct orders placed separately. Your package will be dispatched without insurance fees, but special care is taken to protect your items.
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties or local taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected in advance by Angelic Pretty Paris.
Boxes are adapted to the size of your order and your items are well-protected.
