CAN I RESERVE AN ITEM?
Items with the mention [Reservation] in front of their names are items that have not arrived yet and are then available to reservation.
You can find the following text on [Reservation] items.
"Angelic Pretty Paris store will receive this item 2 or 4* weeks after your reservation and ship it as soon as possible.
※Delivery dates are estimations and may change. Thank you for your kind understanding."
*CAREFUL: the number of weeks can change depending on the item.
HOW LONG DOES AN ITEM STAY IN MY CART?
Your cart will be entirely emptied 15 minutes after adding your 1st article. The items will get back on the e-shop.
WHEN WILL I BE DEBITED?
You will be debited as soon as the order is passed.
HOW TO CHANGE MY ORDER?
Once created, your order cannot be changed anymore.
Please contact our Customer Service to cancel your order and get refunded. Please note that this can only be done if your order status is "Payment accepted" or "In progress". Then pass your order again with the desired items.
Once the order status is "Shipped", we cannot intervene anymore.

HOW TO CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?
Once created, your order cannot be changed anymore.
Your delivery address can be changed if your order is "Payment accepted" or "In progress".
The delivery address cannot be changed if the order status is "Shipped", as we cannot intervene anymore.

WHAT TO DO IF I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?
If you have ordered but didn’t receive an order confirmation on your email, please check your "Spam emails".
If you cannot find it there, please connect to your Angelic Pretty Paris account: go to "MY ACCOUNT" then "INFORMATION" to check your email address. You can also go to "ORDER HISTORY AND DETAILS" to check all your orders.

HOW TO FIND MY RECEIPT?
You can find your receipt as soon as your order is shipped. You can find it on your account, in "ORDER HISTORY AND DETAILS" by clicking on the PDF icon.
CAN I HAVE A GIFT WRAPPING?
We do not propose gift wrapping at the moment.
CAN YOU COMBINE SEVERAL ORDERS IN ONE PARCEL?
Angelic Pretty Paris does not propose this service anymore since October 20th, 2022.
