WHAT ARE THE DELAYS/DELIVERY MODES?
Several delivery modes are available.
- LA POSTE - LETTRE SUIVIE: 4 to 5 days for Europe; 10 to 15 days for America, Eastern Europe and Asia
- LA POSTE – COLISSIMO SIMPLICITE: 4 to 5 days for Europe; 5 to 8 days for America; 5 to 11 days for Eastern Europe and Asia
- CHRONOPOST EXPRESS: 1 to 3 days for the United States only
Please be aware that these delays are estimations and can change depending on various circumstances.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We ship worldwide.
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties or local taxes upon arrival in the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected in advance by Angelic Pretty Paris.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER GET SHIPPED?
For orders passed with stock items, orders are generally prepared on the same day, then shipped the next day.
These delays can increase in case of special or unexpected events.
For [Reservation] items, these items are not yet in stock, so we need to receive them in our office first, where we prepare the parcels before shipping them to you. Once all the items are received, it usually takes 1 to 2 days to prepare and ship your order.
CAREFUL: We cannot ship orders on Saturday, Sunday and Monday. As such, orders passed from Friday to Monday will get shipped the following Tuesday.
We cannot change your address once the shipping label has been created on our side.
CAN I ORDER AND PICK IT UP IN SHOP?
You can absolutely order on our e-shop and then pick it up in our physical store.
Once your order is ready to get picked up, your order will change status to "Ready for pick-up" and you will get a message on your order (also sent by email).
We can keep your order 1 month after its arrival in our physical store.
To pick up your order, you will have to come to the physical store Angelic Pretty Paris at 3 rue Saint Roch, 75001 Paris - FRANCE. The physical store is open from Tuesday to Saturday, from 1PM to 7PM (except holidays, exceptional closures and seasonal holidays).
Careful, if your order has [Reservation] items, your order will not be available immediately. Some items can take several weeks to arrive.
IF I HAVE ITEMS IN STOCK AND [RESERVATION] ITEMS IN MY ORDER, CAN I PICK UP THE STOCK ITEMS AT FIRST?
Orders are available for pick-up once the order is complete.
If your order has [Reservation] items, you will need to wait for all the items to arrive to pick up your order.
HOW CAN I FOLLOW MY ORDER?
You can follow your order with the tracking number used for your order on the carrier website.
COLISSIMO SUIVI : SUIVI DE LIVRAISON COLISSIMO
CAREFUL: For deliveries out of France, the tracking number can change upon arriving in the recipient country. This new tracking number is usually available on the Colissimo tracking page.
WHAT TO DO IF I AM ABSENT FOR THE DELIVERY?
With the STANDARD COLISSIMO DOMICILE delivery, your parcel will be directly put into your letterbox.
If the dimensions do not allow that, it will be put in the closest pick-up point. In this case, please contact your local postal service to know where it was put.
WHAT TO DO IF I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER?
If there is an issue with the item you have received –different from the one ordered, incomplete order, default on the item- please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible via the After Sales Service on the "CONTACT US" page on our website or by email at [email protected]
WHAT TO DO IF I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER?
You can follow your order using the LAPOSTE link on your shipping email.
However, if you think the shipping takes too long or if your parcel is marked as delivered while you did not receive it, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible via the After Sales Service on the "CONTACT US" page on our website or by email at [email protected]
