HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER? 

Once you have passed your order, only the Customer Service can cancel it if its status is "Accepted payment", "Reserved, awaiting for arrival" or "In progress"

Once the status has changed to "Shipped" and you have received the shipping message and tracking number of your order, we cannot intervene anymore.

HOW CAN I MAKE A RETURN ORDER? 

The Customer has a right of withdrawal of fourteen (14) working days from the date of delivery of his order to return any item that does not suit them and request an exchange or refund without penalty. The cost of return is at the Customer's expense and will be refunded only in the case of a return for defective items or order mistakes (collection, colour, size). 

After this delay, the return demand will be automatically declined. 

Once we have received your return and processed it, the refund will be made on the payment method used for your order. 

For any return order, the Customer must signal it immediately by going on the "ORDER HISTORY AND DETAILS" page and then clicking on "DETAILS". By scrolling on the order page, you will find the list of your order items, right under "DELIVERY ADRESS" and "INVOICE ADRESS". You can then tick off the boxes on the left to choose the items you wish to return. 

Under the list, there is the "MERCHANDISE RETURN" section. Here is writen: 

"If you wish to return one or more products, please mark the corresponding boxes and provide an explanation for the return. When complete, click the button below."  

Once done, you can click on the "REQUEST RETURN" button 

We will accept your request return once received; then we will send you a message with the Terms and conditions of use. Read the text and follow the instructions. 

The return orders must be sent to the given address and cannot be dropped at a pickup point. Any return sent to the Angelic Pretty Paris store rue Saint Roch will not be accepted. 

The cost of return is at the Customer's expense. You can choose any carrier –aside from Mondial Relay. Your order must be sent with customs cleared: you will need to pay for the shipping fees and customs. In case additional fees are asked by the carrier when we receive your return order, the fees will be deducted from your refund. 

CAN I GET A PRODUCT EXCHANGE? 

If you wish to get a product exchange, we advise you to either cancel your order or return the product that does not meet your needs to get refunded. 

Then you can order again: this way, you can have your product delivered faster and minimise the risks of having it out of stock. 

WHAT CAN I DO IF MY PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE? 

Please contact our Customer Service for any complaint: we will need your order number, purchase date and pictures of the defect.

CAN I MAKE A RETURN PRODUCT IN STORE? 

You can make a return order for a website order and return it to our physical store, at 3 rue Saint Roch, 75001 Paris, from Tuesday to Saturday from 1PM to 7PM

However, your request for a return order needs to be made on our website and accepted. 

HOW CAN I KNOW IF MY RETURN ORDER HAS ARRIVED? 

Once we have received your return, its status will be changed from "Awaiting for the parcel" to "Parcel received"

This status can be seen on your customer account, in "RETURN ORDERS". 

HOW DOES A REFUND WORK? 

Once your return order has been processed, your refund will be made on the payment method used to make the purchase. 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET REFUNDED? 

Once received, your return order will be processed within the next 5 working days, except exceptional events (holidays, events beyond our control). 

The refund will be issued once your return order has been processed and is then subject to inter-bank delays. 

WHAT TO DO IF I DID NOT RECEIVE MY REFUND? 

If you have not received your refund by the 15 days after your return order has been received, please contact our Customer Service.
